What is the timer0 frequency used by the softdevice?

It's said that timer0 is used by softdevice and the current consumption differentiates for the defferent timer frequency (PS V3.1 table 22 and table 52). But I don't find anywhere reads the timer0 frequecy used by the softdevice?

Because I would use it to calculate the current consumption, while the Product Specification do give differnt current values for different timer frequency. And I know the time slot use the timer0 with frequency of 1MHz, I guess so does softdevice, but not sure.
