nRF Connect Bluetooth Low Energy App - V4.0.0 can't Apply set up to device

I've just updated to the new V4.0.0 of the nRF Connect for Desktop BLE app.  I'm trying to set it up as a server with CTS (but with both Current Time and Local Time Information characteristics) as per the Nordic example peripheral_cts_client

In the step where I load my set up and then attempt to apply it to my DK using the "Apply to device" button, nothing is happening, and its not copying the set up info to my DK.

If I press on the Apply to device button, in the old version it would give me a pop up message to say it was going to reset the device and then everything would work as expected.  But pressing on that button now does nothing.

Anyone else tried the new version and having similar problems?

Sorted this out in the end.  Had something to do with the way I had configured the Local Time Information characteristic
