nrf51822 blinky with softdevice 0V on LED pins

Hi,

I try blinky with softdevice example and reconfigure it to support nRF51822AA. I can program my custom board, I can debug as well, but led is not blinking. I have connected currently only VCC, GND, SWDIO, SWDCLK and some ports to LEDs. I measure voltage of all PINs and it seems, nrf got enough power (3.27V). When I meassure pins connected to LEDs and there is 0V. With uVision GPIO window I can clearly see, pins are set to output and HIGH.

Can anybody help me? I will provide additional info, if it's necessary.
