Hi,

As far as I understand, Secure File Transfer Protocol is FTP using the SSH protocol.
We do not have any support for SSH on the nRF9160 at the moment.

Have a look at FTPS (FTP Secure), as it is FTP using TLS.

Maybe you could be able to do this, using our FTP Client with TLS enabled.
See the HTTPS sample for tips on how to enable TLS on our devices.
