I am studying Matter, my setup is
chip-tool: chip-tool-android_armv7l.apk v2.1.0
OTBR: raspberry pi 3b + RCP( PCA10059 )
board: nRF52840-DK(PCA10056)
sample: ncs/v2.0.0/nrf/sample/matter/template
I had set the chip-tool and OTBR into the same WIFI, then I followed steps to commissioning nRF52840, it was always failed,
chip-tool informed the commissioning progress with scanning for BLE device xxxx, connecting to MatterTemplate, pairing, then pairing failed.
