Power Profile II is always on at 3.3v and cannot set voltages lower than that

Hi 
If I permanently see 3.3v even when the application is not running does that mean it is busted?
I also see a lot of spikes in the output

I have placed an order for another, but I am curious if this behaviour is known.

Could you share a screenshot, I'm not quite sure I understand you correctly. 

Are you saying that you're not able to decrease the voltage when running the PPK2 in source meter mode?

Yes, I am saying I cannot set the voltage lower that about 3v but can go up to the maximum.

Can you share a screenshot of this from the nRF Connect Power Profiler app.

Can you also specify which version of nRF Connect Desktop and nRF Connect Power Profiler app that you're using?
