nRF51822 Power consumption at different operating voltages

To minimize nRF51822 power consumption, what is best operating voltage either 3.3V with internal DC/DC enabled or external DC/DC 1.8V?

As I knew from thread that internal DC/DC is safe to use with nRF51 third hardware revision and S110 8.0.0.

but I didn't get any document for third revision hardware from nRF51 compatibility matrix.

look at table 3 in the nRF51 compatibility matrix. There you will find documents relevant for nRF51 third revision.
