nRF52810 systemOFF current

Dear Team,

We notice that systemOFF current varying from 220 nA to around 500 nA for different devices. For some devices we are able to achieve 300 nA as mentioned in the data sheet. Is this due to the device-to-device variation ? Do you have more accurate figures on this ?

The variation you have mentioned is expected for device to device. In the product specification, we only share the typical values. If more information is needed will be handled on per customer basis. Please open up a private ticket for requesting additional characterization data.
