download_client example: change URL

Hello Team Nordic,

We are using nrf9160 DK with nrf connect SDK 2.0.0 and mfw_nrf9160_1.3.2 modem firmware .
In the Download_Client example we have changed the URL and the certificate.

However, I always get the connection fail error.

Are there any configuration options that should be applied?
