DEC3 Decoupling capacitor nRF52832

Based on the reference designs, the nRF52832 needs a 100pF decoupling capacitor on the DEC3 input.  From my reading, this is a PSU decoupling capacitor, presumably for higher frequency noise.

How critical is this 100pF value?  I've just built up some prototype custom boards and I ended up using 220pF as I didn't have 100pF in stock.  220pF is a common production value for us at the moment, and I guess further down the track I could just use 2 x 220pF in series to get  110pF.  But just wondering if 220pF is OK for decoupling, or if its value is pretty critical

This should be fine. DEC3 is at VDD level so no regulator decoupling here. The 100 pF is chosen for proper HF decoupling and 220 pF will be ok for this a well.
