Cannot able to find the Cause of receiver link loss

Hi,
I have modified the ble_app_hrs source code with more no of custom characteristics(approximately 10), When i press Service Discovery in the master control panel, i am getting four kind of responses for the same source code, as stated below,
Case 1:
Response with all the services and characteristics. (working properly)
Case 2:
Response with BTLE_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT and SERVER: Received link loss.
Case 3:
Response with BTLE_CONN_FAILED_TO_BE_ESTABLISHED and SERVER: Received link loss
Case 4:
Response with less no of characteristics and Read not permitted handle 0x000A, Receiver link loss error.
How to enter into the advertise mode without resetting the device whenever the receiver link loss happens?

Have you removed the reset from app_error_handler to make sure that you catch all errors there, as you've been told elsewhere? 
 You can also have a look at the reason field of the ble_gap_evt_disconnected_t structure, which will give you a status code that says something about the reason for the disconnect.
