Install NCS with toolchain manager

I want to install the NCS V2.1.0 with Toolchain Manager V1.1.3. But after I installed, I found that there is only a toolchains folder and a empty .west folder in my intalllation path. There are no folders like zephyr, nrf, ect.

Please tell me how to install NCS completely.

Hi,

Do you have access to github? If you do, could you try installing the SDK during a time when there is less traffic, for example midnight your local time.

Thanks for your reply. I can access the github, but the reason should be related to nework access. After I used the proxy IP, the isuss is sloved.
