nRF52840 MODULE RF

We used 52840 chip to produce a near field communication module, the antenna is on board antenna, some problems occurred during the verification process, can your engineer help to answer: 
1.10pcs samples, 2pcs of them have error code: ERROR: Could not erase chip.The burning tool used is J-LINK. nrfjprog command line tool burning, prompting successful burning, but view RTT no print, presumably not actually successful burning.
2. module using on-board antenna, the actual test wireless communication quality is not ideal. Can you give some optimization suggestions according to the design file, such as how to adjust the RF matching network parameters? Please check the layout file for details.

Hi

1. This is most probably a solder issue. 

2. The antenna is too small. For a module like this, it's really not possible to make a PCB antenna on this space with reasonable efficiency. The only option is to use a chip antenna.

1. Not the solder itself but t he solder process may be the problem. Like temperature, time etc. 

2. That depends on price, availability etc. It's hard to recommend other manufacturers components here, but take a look at Avago, Murata, Johanson Technologies.
