So is this an error message you get when trying to install nRF Connect for Desktop on a Windows computer?
The error might be due to privileges. Are you the admin of this computer?

So the installation did not finish? Are you able to even start the installation? If not could you try running it as admin?
I installed as admin and I have run it as admnin but nothing
