Keep gpio status when doing soft reset

We use a gpio to control the system power. This gpio need to be kept high when system is running. If doing a soft reset, this gpio will be low. System will power off directly. Is it possible to keep a gpio pin at high state during soft reset?

Which Nordic device are you asking about?  The "Reset behavior" section of the Product Spec shows what various reset sources and targets.  Unfortunately the GPIO is always reset except on Wakeup from System off.
