Can nRF52480 be used for medical devices?

nRF52840 does not mention medical as one of the application areas. Is there any specific reason for this? Any hardware or software requirements not met in order to use it for medical applications?

If nRF52840 has to be used for medical devices what would be required?

nRF52832 on the other hand specifies Medical devices as one of the application:

The specifications are very similar though!

I think all of our nRF family devices are suitable for medical devices but you should really talk about the specifics of which one suits to your needs with the Regional Sales Manager in your area.
