Bluetooth Keyboard based on NRF52832 cannot be detected by other devices

We have a keyboard which uses NRF52832, but we cannot get its advertising when the power is on. How should we do? Look forward to your help!

Hello,

You need to connect a debugger to find where the code is "stuck". It can for instance be a problem with one of the external crystals that doesn't startup or work.
