Where can I find a CoAP Server sample based on Zephyr CoAP API?

Hi,

According to the documents of NCS, CoAP Server sample uses native OT CoAP API while CoAP Client sample uses Zephyr CoAP API, and the Zephyr CoAP API is recommanded.

So my question is where can I find a CoAP Server sample used Zephyr CoAP API instead of OT native API?

Hi,

We do not have any specific samples for CoAP Server using the Zephyr CoAP API running with the Thread protocol. The closest would be the CoAP Server Networking sample in Zephyr (found here), but this is not written specifically for supporting Thread. The other alternative is to modify the CoAP Client sample and replace the client APIs with the corresponding server APIs. This should not be a huge job, and you can use the above linked CoAP Server sample as a reference for the APIs.
