What is the maximum frequency the PWM peripheral can be generate using the nRF52840?

Hi

I have successfully used the TIMER & GPIOTE to generate dual tone frequencies for a BFSK project.  200kHz & 400kHz.  ( 50% duty cycle square wave)

I wonder if the same is possible using the PWM peripheral.  Could you clarify

1) What is the maximum PWM frequency the PWM peripheral in the nRF52840 can be generate? 

2) Any potential risks ( delays etc)  in using the dual tone BFSK with the PWM peripheral ?

Indirectly the above should also show how you can generate a 200kHz/400kHz square wave using PWM. Note though that the minimum COUNTERTOP you can use is 3 from the register description:
