TTL behaviour with number of devices in a BLE mesh

Hi team,

If the TTL count is 100 but the number of devices in the network is 10. Will the device routing table in BLE mesh SDK understand that the message has been already relayed by this node and it should not be relayed further (after say 10 hops, since within 10 hops every node would have already relayed the same message).

is the value of 100 for TTL, will it lead to a flooding issue, or is intelligently handled by the BLE mesh?
