Can some one help us how we can read this temperature data from temp sensor using nRFconnect SDK 2.1.0 connected over I2C to nRF52840

Hello,

For configuring the sensor via I2C, you need to add an overlay file mentioning the address (0x48 here). Take a look at this tutorial where a temperature sensor is interfaced via I2C.
