temperature sensor

hi team.

i have one doubt.which type of temperature sensor used in nrf52840.you mentioned in nrf52840 data sheet just temperature sensor.but which type it is   thermocouples, RTDs (resistance temperature detectors), thermistors, and semiconductor based integrated circuits (IC).i have studied your data sheet and manual but every where you mentioned just temperature sensor.may i know which type your using in device.

I'm not sure if the type applies as the sensor mentioned in the datasheet is an internal temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the SoC; it is not an external temperature sensor.
