can not connect to nRF52 DK

Hi,

I am using window 10

I am trying to connect to the nRF52 DK, but it does not show me the files on the board as it is explained in the how to connect to the DK.

Also when I tried to connect via segger studio it try to connect over IP and not over the USB

Hello,

Can you tell me how you are trying to connect with your DK? It is recommended to use Visual studio Code with our latest nRF connect SDK. I am not sure of the guide you followed(as mentioned in the query), but you can refer this tutorial which shows how you can set the whole environment with DKs.

The problem was fixed, after I used several USB cable.

I would like to suggest that you will supply a verified USB cable with the development kit.

It will solve a lot of troubles from the user
