nrf5340 in Normal Voltage Mode

Hallo Team,

I would like to operate nrf5340 BLE module (BC40C from Fanstel) in "Normal Voltage Mode". Please find the screenshot of the module below. I hope its clear enough. If not please let me know, I will try to recreate the circuit and post it.

I wish to supply 1V8 to the VDD, so as to operate the nrf5340 in 1V8. From the product specification, I understood the following.

• I need to operate nrf5340 in Normal voltage mode. 
• For this, I will have to connect VDD and VDDH together and supply with regulated 1V8.

1. However, the module was designed for High voltage mode and there are inductor connected to the DCDC convertor for high voltage regulator. Will this create any adverse affect when I operate the device in Normal voltage mode?

2. Can I connect VDD and VDDH pin of the module to 1V8 and operate the device in normal voltage mode?

yes that you can.

This is the same we have done on our DK, and you are free to switch between normal and high voltage mode.

Sorry I think you already answered my both questions. So we can have inductor connected to both the regulator and switch between modes (with the help of solder trace or solder point). Am i correct?

yes. 

When you want to use normal voltage mode, you need to connect VDDH to VDD.

High voltage mode only supply on VDDH.
