nRF Cloud Just In Time Provisioning Fail

I'm trying to connect a Thingy91 to the nRF cloud using just in time provisioning.  I'm using MoSh.  Here is the error:

I am trying to provision over a nb-iot network and I'm wondering if the JITP will only work over a network with greater bandwidth?

Is your device connected to the internet?

Can you share the log that is printed when you boot your device?

Also, is JITP important for your use case, or do you just want to provision your device?

Yes - its connected to the Vodafone NB-IoT network in the UK.  I tested the connectivity by pinging several IP addresses. 

JITP is not important to my use case, so if there is an alternate way to provision the device I'm happy to do that.
