nRF5280 dongle stops capturing and blinking

Hi Team,

The nRF5280 dongle stops capturing BLE packets. If I remove the device from USB port and reconnect in this condition the device stops blinking also. Then if I open a serial connection to the device using putty it starts blinking. I need to repeat the process multiple times and suddenly it starts working normally again. I am using Wireshark to capture the logs and flashed the dongle with FW "sniffer_nrf52840dongle_nrf52840_4.1.1.hex".

This issue is appearing quite frequently after the device works for 30min or so it is getting into this issue.

Hello,

This sounds like it might be the computer turning off the COM port to save power. Could you check the power management tab of your generic USB hub instance in the Device manager settings, to see if this could be the case?

If it is not, have you tried it with multiple other USB ports, seeing the same result?
