Is there a smartphone available meanwhile to support LE audio streaming to the headset (nRF5340 Audio DK)?
Or are there IOS or Android OS updates, that make existing smartphones able to stream LE audio?

Android 13 will support LE Audio, and the Google Pixel 6 and 7 has support for this already (at least if you run the developer build of Android).
Apple is generally fast to adopt new Bluetooth standards, but don't give any indication ahead of time, so we will just have to wait and see
