connect the gpio pins to the external device

  Hiii team,

             I am using the  nrf52840 DK   I want to connect the  slave   to the master  How to  connect a  slave with out using a   dedicated spi or i2c    by using the simple GPIO pins. can  i connect or not.

What do you want to do exactly? What kind of device is your slave (and master)? A sensor or another nRF52840 DK board?

Do you want to connect your nRF52840 as slave to another master device?
