Facing issue with integrated LTE-M/NB- IoT modem in Pakistan

Hi we are using the nrf9160 integrated LTE-M/NB- IoT modem in our ECG device. In USA its working fine but in Pakistan its not connecting and giving the following error: +CREG: CEREG:4

We are sending the command AT + CEREG:5 in response we are getting 4.

We want to move forward in production phase with our ECG device but first we want to make sure its working in Pakistan.

Can you please guide us whether this nrf9160 integrated GSM will work in Pakistan or not?

According to the GSMA, there is only NB-IoT coverage in Pakistan: https://www.gsma.com/iot/deployment-map/

Does your SIM card/subscription support NB-IoT, and is the application configured to use NB-IoT?
