Figuring out what kind of Antenna I really need for the nRF52832

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this.

I've been reading through some of the forms, and I'd highly appreciate someone with more experience giving me some input.

I'm planning to use the nRF52832 as a 'Bluetooth module' in combination with an ESP32 which gives me Wifi functionality.

I chose the nRF52832 specifically for it's proprietary range finding toolbox see here: (https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/samples/bluetooth/nrf_dm/README.html)

Problem: I'm going to need some kind of antenna for the nRF52832.

After reading the forms, I'm still unsure of if I need a PCB or chip antenna.

What I do know is that I want it to be as easy as possible, and I don't want to buy a VNA (Whatever that is).

BUT I want it to be as strong as possible too...

I'm willing to sacrifice a bit of sensitivity / strength for convenience though.

Ideally, what I really think I want is an example PCB layout that I can copy exactly as-is, and just merge into my existing PCB alongside my ESP32, knowing that the antenna will function perfectly.

Wise and clever developers, I call on your aid. Please help me figure out what I truly need.

Thanks,

Adriaan.
