Could not recognise connected devices

My system could not recognise the devices. i dont know what is the problem, please help me as soon as possible i get like this in programmer.

I could need a bit more information:

1. Which IC are you using and are you using development kits or custom boards?
2. Which version of nRF Connect Desktop and nRF Connect Programmer app are you using?
3. Are you able to program it by using nRF Command Line Tools directly?

Thanks for your effort, I just updated the segger jlink to new version and fortunately it works:)
