ISO 13849-1 self test

we are certifiying our product by ISO 13849-1 which includes the Nordic nRF52832, among more information I would like to start with the following questions

1. where can I find all the information regarding MCU selftest libraries (GPIO´s, RAM, Clock, ADC, CPU,etc) ? do they have MISRA compliance?

2. is there any application note about this or the equivalent standard related with Safety of machinery and Safety, related parts of control systems?

3. is there some information about Software Error Rate (Alfa SER and Neutron SER), FIT sea level , altitude factor in order to get MTTFd?

4.the FMEA´s?

Hi Leonardo,

In broad terms, the answer to all four questions are "no". I see you have an old private case (277530) with essentially the same questions were you got more detailed answers form our QA department, so I suggest you refer to that for more details.
