Fully Funded on Indiegogo but struggling with pairing and reading the data from the sensor

So, I've fully funded on Indiegogo and now I'm in the application development stage. I'm new to development but I'm trying to build this app myself. 

So far In the app, I created, I can scan for peripherals and see my sensor. I just need help actually connecting it and reading the data. 

I'm not looking for anything fancy more of an MVP of the MVP. 

Hardware Specs

• This battery-powered device is made up of an nRF52810 Bluetooth SoC and an I2C motion sensor
• Accelerometer and gyroscope readings are compressed into 122-data-byte packets (using an MTU of 125) and sent repeatedly through a "characteristic"
• Overall there are currently three active-data characteristics as you can see starting at line 41 of the attached TXT log file, which is recorded from within the nRF Connect app: these are the battery level, the local temperature, and our main custom characteristic that sends readings

Hello Rojay, Congrats on getting your project funded!

So if I am understanding you correctly, you have your physical project using nRF52810 up and running. There is no issue with this, though you do not know how to go about connecting it to your phone app using SWIFT?

Correct, the nRF52810 works great with the nRF connected application however, I'm having trouble creating a raw SWFIT application to read the data from that sensor. 
I have all of the UUID's needed. I'm 100% okay with looking into different resources if you have any.

I see. I would recommend you to take a look at this. 

There are also some apps we have that you can take a look at, like the nRF Blinky. However this is not using the latest and greatest Swift UI for UI building, but some legacy Storyboards, but its underlying library for BLE connectivity + tests is recommended. 

For Swift UI we also have this, which would be a more modern app. The app is in the folder called Shared. Provisioner and Provisione2 are some underlying libraries, that I assume you aren't interested in as they are for nRF7002 provisioning. But this example should show how to build an app, as well as some other material.

At the moment I believe this is what we have available for you. We are working on this which might be of assistance in the future, but it is currently in too much of an early stage unfortunately.
