JTAG-ARM V8.00 can not connect to nRF52840

Hi. I am trying to start programming our own development desk with modul ACN52840 (SoC nRF52840). I can provide schematic of development desk in private message if needed. To program the chip I am using J-Link ARM V8. The exact specification from J-link Commander you can see in the picture below. This J-link is not from Segger, it is a Chinese clone.

J-link pinout is shown below:

J-link is connected to my PC with USB. My connection between development desk (chip) and J-link is:

I have instaled nRF SDK, it has also installed J-link software. I am completely new to nRF SDK and programming of nRF chip (not new to IoT development). I have tried to flash my first program using Visual Studio nRF Connect extension. But it didnt work and I get error logs. The problem was with connection to nRF chip. So I was looking for possible solutions and I have found that I should be able to connect with nRF chip using J-link Commander. So I tried with commands which you can see below:

As you can see, I can not connect to device (chip). I coudnt find anything related to my problem. I dont know what is the issue, if it is wrong wiring, wrong J-Link or something else. I hope someone can help me or is using the same J-link or had same issue with connection. Thanks.
