Performance comparison between nRF5 SDK for Mesh and nRF Connect SDK

I'm trying to develop a Bluetooth mesh network with low power consumption. 

Is the performance the same when comparing firmware using the nRF5 SDK for Mesh and firmware using the nRF Connect SDK?
Communication speed, throughput, latency, current consumption, etc.

Hi.

I don't think we have any official performance tests for the different SDK's.

For now, I'm guessing that the performance is pretty similar in both cases.
However, the nRF5 SDK for Mesh is in maintenance mode (ref: this statement), which means that there won't be any new features added to the SDK.

I highly recommend using NCS for developing new products.
