New tab not opening when connected in nrf connect for mobile app.

Hi, 

I have a central application that runs on nRF52833 soc. I want to connect it with my nrf connect for mobile app, so I've created a new advertising packet in the advertiser and advertised it. It gets connected to the central device and a new tab opens immediately. But when I tried with another mobile phone with the same procedure, the new tab is not opening but it is connected to the central.

How can I solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Are you saying  that, you are able to connect your device using nrf connect app, but it's not switching to the page which displays the characteristics? Are you able to see any of the below pages in the Applications?

Hello Abhijith,

That NORDIC_HR tab in your screenshot doesn't appear to me. I'm having an indication for connection in my central device. After advertising the packet, I'm getting the indication that it is connected but no new tab is opened in my nrf connect for mobile app.

Could you share the Phone, and it's OS details? Which version of the nRF connect mobile Application are you trying with? Can you give a try by uploading one of our sample applications and check whether it' showing the details of the connection?
