Can nrf5340 or nrf5340 run both matter and thread on one chip?

Question: Based on the chip nrf52840, I want to design a product application that can work with matter and thread at the same time. Is it possible to implement this design on nrf52840?
If the matter and thread cannot work at the same time on the nrf52840, can it be implemented on the nrf5340?

If you intend for an application that supports Matter, the nRF52840 and nRF5340 are large and powerful enough to support both OpenThread, Matter (and BLE which is required for Matter provisioning). Also note that if you want to do DFU, you will have to also include an external flash, as the Matter protocol is quite large.
