nRF52832 Nordic UART service (NUS) data loss

I have tested sending NUS data from nRF52832 to laptop (Windows 10 + Intel core i5), but Windows app doesn’t received all NUS data. But When I tested sending NUS data from nRF52832 to iPhone. iPhone App can receive all NUS data. How can I adjust BLE parameters to let Windows app receive all NUS data?

How much data loss do you see on windows?

Which SDK version are you working with?

Please refer to the above graph. I increase NUS data each time. So the graph of received NUS data should be a straight line. SDK version that I use is nRF5_SDK_16.0.0.

What do you mean by this? Do you send more data each time, or did I misunderstand?

How often and how much data do you send? 
Also, how do you receive the data on Windows? Do you have a dongle connected to the computer which receives the data or do you connect directly to the computer?
