I have a couple of questions regarding the nRF52811.

1. What's the boot time of the nRF52811 from the power on to call the main() function of the bootloader?

2. What is the minimum Voltage required to perform the above operation?

1. What's the boot time of the nRF52811 from the power on to call the main() function of the bootloader?

The theoretical time since power is supplied until the CPU runs is described in Section 5.3.10.1 of the nRF52811 Product Specification, also available online here.
That is not technically the time until main() is execute, but it is as far as specification go.

2. What is the minimum Voltage required to perform the above operation?

It should be the same as the device's minimum operating voltage range, 1.7V.

I'm a little curious, why are you interested in such information?
