nRF9160DK programming with GPIO level set to 3V

Hi,

   When SW9 is set to the default 1V8 position both the programmer and virtual COMs work fine.

When I switch SW9 to the 3V position the board is no longer detected by the PC. The LED5 diode doesn't blink anymore.

I would like to get 3V level at the GPIO and still be able to program and access the virtual COM console.  Is it actually possible ?

Thanks to your feedback I started to suspect HW issue in my board. I found that the resistor R96 has been accidentally wiped out by a plastic screw when I mounted the board to a custom breadboard. I will fix the problem and I believe the problem should disappear.
