nrf connent for desktop blutetooth low energy standalone v4.0.0 doen' work

I've trouble starting nRF Connect for Desktop v3.12.0.

I'm using nrf52-dk / pca10040 board and nrf5_sdk_17.1.

when I run the program "nRF Connect for Desktop", it works very vrey very well.

but when I click the button of "Bluetooth Low Energy open", bluetooth low enegy v4.0.1 is turned on with something loading, but it closes right away,

and "nrf connent for desktop blutetooth low energy standalone v4.0.0" is opened but it doen't work anything. 

I already deleted bluetooth low energy and re-install it, but it works not at all.

even though I delete the program nrf connect for desktop...., and I install anather version of program....,

yeah it  doens' work.

I need some help

ah, and I waited for 2hours over after opening the program, but it doesn't work.... nothing turned on.

the strangest thing is another programs like DTM, programmer are turned on very very well;;;

I have not seen this issue myself so I'm currently checking with the developers to see if they have any suggestions to what the problem could be.

Hi Vidar Berg.

fotunately, I success display that page to uninstall all of the nrf program using unistall program. 

And I tried to re-install again.

but when I click the button "Download and Install",

something about ble app is installed and after that, the program, "nrf connent for desktop blutetooth low energy standalone v4.0.0", is displayed and nothing turned on like yesterday.

I assume that the process as above is the problem.

Is it necessasy to install?

Hi,

Yes, "Bluetooth low energy" needs to be installed as a standalone app. Once you have installed the app again, please open it and wait until it you get to the load screen, then press "ctrl+shift+i" to open the console tab and see if it reports any errors.

I tried uninstalling it again and as you told me, I check the console tab.

I attach 2 pictures.

one is the picture before I install "bluetooth low energy application installation".

the other one is the picture after I install that.

Hi,

Sorry for the delayed response. The developers have reviewed the console output now, but they did not recognize the problem, unfortunately. I will let you know when they have had time to investigate this further. I recommend you use the nRF connect app on Android or iOS in the meantime.
