How to do the application switch to serial bootloader

Softdevice Version： 8.0.0 SDK： 9.0.0 IC： NRF51822 Rev 3 service： NUS ANCS

When the application is not downloaded, the bootloader is working. After serial bootloader successfully download application, can not jump from application to serial bootloader.
