Target programming chip detection problem

Whenever I try to burn program to external nRF24LE1 with ISP interfacing from nRFgo Starter kit using nRF Studio, I am notified that chip on board couldn't be detected. I checked all pins, it's ok. Then what may be the problem? Thanks in advance.

I found the solution at last. PROG pin of target chip should be externally high to be burned through ISP from nRFgo Starter kit.
