Can not Enter Maintenance mode to update Bootloader on a nRF52-DK

I am tring to update the DK bootloader by entering the maintenance mode by pressing the reset button while plugging in the DK, but the board does not show on my PC

any help to erase the firmware on the board by using any hardware jumper?

Or any thoughts at all?

Hi Ahmed, 

Could you let me know which DK you are testing with and which version of the board ? Newer board doesn't have the bootloader to enter "maintenance mode"
