Migration nRF5 SDK to nRF Connect SDK -> nRF52832 to nRF5340

Hi, I currently have a project with an nRF52832 chip using SDK 14.2, I would like to upgrade the project and change the chip to nRF5340.
Is there a way to migrate the project from nRF5 SDK to nRF Connect SDK?

    Hello,

    We don't have a migration guide for this because the SDKs are fundamentally different. You can read about a statement posted last year about our migration from nRF5 SDK to nRF Connect SDK here.

    The migration process is unfortunately a time consuming job. Depending on your project setup, it may even be more efficient to start from scratch in NCS. I have heard that a modular project is easier to migrate than non-modular projects.

    My colleague has answered someone with a very similar question as you in this case, and there may be some more helpful tips in the dialogue of the case.
