DK can not be connected to the nRF Cloud

Hello everyone,

I am still being not able of getting  my nRF9160 DK connected to the nRF Cloud. I have already done what this link https://api.nrfcloud.com/v1/#section/Error-Codes tells about the  Troubleshoot nRF Code 40412 but still the same untill now. 

would you please tell me what should i do exactly ? 

the DK has been  already connected to one of the LTE Basestations near me and everything is ok but just still having this problem of the nRF Cloud.

by the way the IMEI is : 351358811119491

the SIM card has been already activated.

Hi Obaida,

It is quite wired if you are using just unboxed DK board. Could you reprovision this device to nRF Cloud? You can follow the steps below "Nordic nRF91 Device" on this miro nRF Cloud Access Provisioning flow chat.

Hi Charlie, 

the issue got resolved. I was using this video (https://youtu.be/Cuf9JPVqTIM) for getting the DK connected to the nRF Cloud but it was always the same thing but as soon i used this file  (nrf9160dk_asset_tracker_v2_2022-09-15_7a358cb7)  in the Programmer instead of
(nrf9160dk_serial_lte_modem_2022-09-15_7a358cb7) i was able to add my LTE device in the Cloud.
