I see this case mentions constant tone extension. Currently, only nRF52833, nRF52820 and nRF52811 can do this.
I wonder if it is possible to run TX on cheap beacons,if can please tell me why.
Our aim is to minimize costs.

The nRF52811 is the smallest nRF52 variant that supports AoA. You can use the Direction finding connectionless beacon sample to get started, but note that you will need to create a new board file if you are targeting the 52811 as direction finding can't be emulated on the 52840. Another alternative is to emulate the nrf52820 on your nRF52833 DK, see nRF52820 emulation on nRF52833 DK. The 52820 is also a low cost variant.
