nRF 52840 Dongle connection tools

Good morning,

I have nRF52840 Dongle.

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to connect to a BLE device based on its name.

Need:

- find the device,

- connect to it (has password)

-receive transmitted data

-disconnect

I have to control the whole process from another program. It would be good if these functions could be called via e.g. CMD.

Thank you for your response. There is such a problem here that after uploading the software. 
I can't connect using UART. Is there any way around this?

I strongly recommend getting an nRF52840-DK so you can do some debugging.
