nRf52840dk stuck in bootloder mode.

nRf52840dkがbootloderモードから抜けられなくなり、プログラム出来なくなりました。

"IF_BOOT/RESET" をいじくっていたら恐らくbootloder modeに入ってしまったのだと思われます。

以前はUSBを挿すと”j-link”とファイルマネージャーに出てきたが今は出てきません。

"IF_BOOT/RESET"を押しながら電源を入れるとPCのファイルマネージャーに一瞬だけ "BOTLODER" と表示されます。すぐ消えます。

その一瞬で”j-link-ob-sam3u128-v2-nordicsemi-170724.bin”をドラッグして復旧を試みましたがファイルサイズが大きいと表示され入りませんでした。

その間LED5が点滅しています。

インターフェースMCUのbootloderが破損したのでしょうか？

初期状態に戻すなど、なにか解決策はありませんか？

ちなみにnRF52840がもう一つあります。atmel iceも所有しています。

My nRf52840dk got stuck in bootloder mode and I can't program it.

If you messed with "IF_BOOT/RESET", you probably entered bootloder mode.

Previously, when I inserted the USB, it appeared in the file manager as "j-link", but now it does not appear.

If you turn on the power while pressing "IF_BOOT/RESET", "BOTLODER" will be displayed for a moment on the PC's file manager. It will disappear soon.

At that moment, I dragged ”j-link-ob-sam3u128-v2-nordicsemi-170724.bin” and tried to restore it, but it was displayed as a large file size and could not be inserted.

Meanwhile, LED5 is blinking.

Maybe the interface MCU's bootloder got corrupted?

Is there any solution, like resetting to default?

By the way, there is another nRF52840. I also own atmel ice.

Could you try a different USB port?

What DK versions is this?

What computer OS are you using?

I have already tried other USB ports and USB cables several times, and I don't think there is a cause here.

I don't know where you can check the version of dk boad, but "ATSAM3U2C" is installed in the interface MCU.

PC OS is windows 10 pro 64bit

 My nRF52/nRF51 DK kit doesn't work.

I have been to this page before.
It's on the troubleshooting list.
1. I tried reconnecting repeatedly, but there is no display in the device manager. It never appeared with an unexpected name.
2. The USB cable and port have been changed several times.
3. It is not displayed on another PC as well.
4. If you press the IF BOOT/RESET button while turning the power back on, "BOOTLOADER" is displayed for a moment, but the MCU firmware (v170724) cannot be written even if you drag it. I got a size over warning and it didn't succeed.
5. The voltage of the kit was 3.0V and there was no abnormality.
6. Relatively new with j-link V7.82c.
7. I haven't tried this. Unable to connect with j-link commander.

Hi,

1) If you have an preview development kit, i.e. below version 1.0.0, I suggest purchasing a new one. DK version is printed on a white sticker on the DK. 

2) Looks like others that have faced this issue, have been able to use macOS/linux to update, ref.  RE: Unable to update Jlink interface firmware on older nRF52832 development kit
