Hi,

Where can I find an abbreviations list and explanation what the meaning is for all abbreviations Nordic use?

nRF, SDC, NCS, SDK, PDK, DK, QDID

What is the difference between Host and controller?

Hi! 

I don't think we have an abbreviations list available. But I'll be happy to explain; 

nRF - I don't think this is short for anything particular. It's the name we use for the different products we offer. We have the nRF52-series, nRF91-series etc. We also use it in naming software etc. 

SDC - Secure Digital card 

NCS - nRF Connect SDK 

SDK - Software development kit

DK - Development kit

PDK - Preview development kit

QDID - Qualified Design ID

Might be that some are using the same abbreviation for both. I guess you would know looking at the context.
